AVALON HOME REPAIRS

Three projects were carried out at this Avalon home.

1.⁠ ⁠Build a new timber stair case to create a new entrance to the ground floor.

2.⁠ ⁠Replace a rotten 5.4 m length post supporting two decks without having to replace or modify the two decks.

3.⁠ ⁠In the inner court yard, replace worn timber steps and replace rotten timber in the decking under the steps.
