RENOVATION A TIMBER WATERFRONT HOUSE LAKE MACQUARIE

This project involved the renovation of an old timber waterfront house in Mannering Park on the Central Coast of NSW. The work focused on restoring and improving the timber elements of the property while maintaining the natural character of the home.

The entire roof was removed and replaced by scissors timber trusses and a timber deck was constructed over the existing metal roof of a rear attached apartment
