TIMBER DECK CONSTRUCTION IN SEAFORTH

This project involved repairing and restoring an exposted cantilever timber deck in Seaforth that had been affected by weather and general wear over time.
All timber including posts, hardwood bearers, joists, decking and hand rail needed replacing
Boards of 140mm hardwood width were fastened in place with a row of 3 stainless steel screws for extra strength and durability
This deck was cantilevered 7 metres above a rock surface
