Deck Restoration
As a structural engineer I need to evaluate the structure of the deck and determine whether it has been damaged by water penetration.
I need to see if the bearers, joists and posts need replacing.
I also need to determine which kind of timber is best suited for the deck.
I can build new decks, extend decks or partially replace damaged timber.
I use stainless steel screws and seal the deck thoroughly.

Structural Engineer
As an experience structural engineer, I design and have built new decks, replaced loading bearers and joists, removing inner wall design and constructed timber roof trusses, design and build detective fences.
